1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajee13 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bajee13 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bajee13 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any updates or amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by bajee13, including but not limited to: online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, crash games, promotional offers, bonus programs, and all account-related services. Any supplementary rules, game-specific terms, or promotional terms published elsewhere on the platform are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bajee13 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bajee13 is an adult-only platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service offered by bajee13 under any circumstances.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register or subject to any court order, regulatory restriction, or other legal prohibition that prevents you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you have independently satisfied yourself that your participation is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bajee13 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account on the platform. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on bajee13. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any other identifying attribute — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. bajee13 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus funds associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your bajee13 account and at all times thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajee13 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bajee13 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

bajee13 conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as a condition of account activation and withdrawal processing. You may be required to submit documents including a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bajee13 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajee13 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. The following terms apply to all payment transactions on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

Deposit transactions are typically credited to your bajee13 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account. bajee13 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges independent of bajee13.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by bajee13 within an average of two (2) hours from the time of submission, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending review or compliance hold on your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. bajee13 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Payment Method Ownership

You may only use payment methods (bKash wallets, Nagad accounts, Rocket accounts, Upay accounts) that are registered in your own name and to which you have legitimate access. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited. If bajee13 identifies a mismatch between the account holder name and the registered payment method owner, the withdrawal will be held pending verification.

4.4 Restricted Transactions

bajee13 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably believes is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of this Agreement or applicable law. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraud or other unlawful activity will be forfeited.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

bajee13 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by bajee13 are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; uncompleted wagering will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

5.2 One Bonus Per Household / Device

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the creation of additional accounts or the use of shared network addresses will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account closure.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bajee13 actively monitors wagering patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement; stake hedging across multiple outcomes; and collaborative play among multiple accounts to convert bonus funds. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be subject to permanent account closure.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

bajee13 provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and crash games sourced from certified third-party game studios and data providers. The following terms govern gameplay on the platform:

6.1 Game Outcomes

All RNG-based games available on bajee13 — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — utilise certified Random Number Generation technology that produces statistically independent and unpredictable outcomes. bajee13 does not control, influence, or manipulate the outcome of any RNG game. 6.2 Sports Betting Results

In the event of a data discrepancy, bajee13's internal records and data provider confirmations will take precedence for settlement purposes. bajee13 reserves the right to void any market where settlement cannot be confirmed to a satisfactory standard of accuracy.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or game error that affects the normal operation of any game or betting market, bajee13 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. No claims will be entertained for payouts that were displayed erroneously as a result of a technical fault.

6.4 Responsible Betting Limits

bajee13 sets maximum stake and maximum payout limits on all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the individual game interfaces and sportsbook market pages. Bets placed in excess of stated maximum limits may be voided or reduced to the stated maximum at bajee13's discretion.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on bajee13, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the bajee13 platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the bajee13 platform, its underlying software, or any game provided on the platform.
• Colluding with other players, sharing cards or betting information in live games, or engaging in any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to engage in, facilitate, or conceal money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Registering an account on behalf of, or using an account for the benefit of, any third party.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or otherwise placing any unlawfully obtained funds through the bajee13 platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or pricing error on the platform. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known or suspected exploit will be forfeited.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour toward bajee13 staff or other players via any communication channel provided on the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bajee13 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be settled, and any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be noted — uncompleted bonus wagering will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by bajee13

bajee13 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; identification of duplicate accounts; age verification failure; or at the direction of any competent authority. Where an account is closed by bajee13 due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at bajee13's discretion.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bajee13 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive any marketing communications from bajee13. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. bajee13 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant account balances after this period, as specified in the fee schedule published in the account settings section of the platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied, giving them the opportunity to log in and reactivate their account.
